At Rei+Art, we are committed to ensuring a smooth shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 10 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

All commissioned artworks and custom pieces are final sale and not eligible for refunds or returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, please contact us at info@reiarts.com.

Taxes & Import Duties

For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These fees are not included in your purchase and must be paid upon delivery. Rei+Art is not responsible for additional customs charges.
